ABOUT PDSA
Pre-Dental Student Association (PDSA) at the University of Central Florida was established in the fall of 2000 by a student who wanted to unite those interested in the dental profession. The goal was to design a forum for students to have fun and share information about dentistry, dental schools, and applications. We have now established ourselves among the other successful pre-health organizations at UCF and other pre-dental organizations in the nation!

We hope that you will take advantage of the opportunities to make new friends, get involved in the community, and learn more about dentistry. This club is designed to benefit you. Please let us know how we can help you with your journey to becoming a dentist. Welcome to PDSA, we hope you enjoy your year!
Best Wishes,
Your 2024-2025 E-Board

Workshops Volunteering Shadowing Socials
PDSA hosts a variety of workshops - from important elements of your dental school applications, getting your foot in the door with clinical knowledge, and professionalism.
We're involved in volunteering within the Central Florida community through organizations like Second Harvest, Project Downtown Orlando, and more. PDSA also volunteers at annual events like Florida's Mission of Mercy!
Our shadowing program helps connect our members to local dentists and specialists in our area to shadow and gain valuable experience. Shadowing is crucial as a pre-dental student, as this is where most of the learning happens!
PDSA offers a variety of social events to destress! These events are a great way to have fun, meet members, and even work on your manual dexterity!
